Warranty Coverage
Pulse Series Wallets β 36-Month Premium Warranty
- β’ Craftsmanship or workmanship defects
- β’ Stitching defects or premature thread unraveling
- β’ Edge paint peeling due to manufacturing error
- β’ Structural defects within leather layers
- β’ Leather breaking, cracking, or flaking (not caused by misuse)
Exclusions:
Aluminum pop-up mechanism, water damage, impact damage, chemical exposure, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear & tear.
Flux Series Wallets β 12-Month Premium Warranty
- β’ Craftsmanship or workmanship defects
- β’ Stitching defects or premature thread unraveling
- β’ Edge paint peeling due to manufacturing error
- β’ Structural defects within leather layers
- β’ Leather breaking, cracking, or flaking (not caused by misuse)
Exclusions:

- β’ Malfunction of tracking or connectivity
- β’ Bluetooth or sound alert issues
- β’ Internal battery defects
Exclusions:
Physical damage, water damage, corrosion, unsupported software or third-party apps.
General Warranty Terms
- β’ Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
- β’ Misuse, negligence, external force, water damage are not covered.
- β’ Valid proof of purchase is required.
- β’ Trenzo reserves the right to inspect products before approval.
- β’ Approved claims may result in repair or replacement.
